Why I enjoyed every minute:

Stunning scenery- both landscapes and the lakes. Camping right next to the lake at Ullswater followed by the huge character of a yurt near the banks of windermere. Fantastic walking- reminds you that England can be just as special as foreign lands when it comes to breathtaking scenery. Also some wonderful local produce- great food and drink in the restaurants and shops.
