Why I enjoyed every minute:

Pirates! Everytime I walked onto the beach I fully expected there to be a galleon bobbing about in the bay. Beach-combing. Rock-pooling. Staying in a tiny fisherman’s cottage (mind your head) and popping into town for tasty fish & chips. The smell of the sea, the golden sand, beautiful cobbled streets and a feeling of well being and completeness. St Ives sets you free to be whatever you want to be, holiday maker, photographer, rambler, Pirate!
