Why I enjoyed every minute:

We attended a Dinner Party Cookery Course at Rick Steins Seafood School in Padstow, it was the experience of a lifetime and we learnt lifelong skills along the way. The course involved staying in the Seafood restaurant hotel and enjoying two evening meals as well as breakfast, our food cooked on our course and also wine! We may have come back a few pounds heavier but with smiles on our faces, I would love to repeat the experience.
