Why I enjoyed every minute:

Portsmouth is great for whatever you are there for. Gunwharf Quays has discount outlet shops set in a up to date surroundings which still manages to capture moments of history. There are the old historical paths along the seafront, the retro eighties style pier and amusement arcades. The nightlife is also brilliant, you have the standard high st, the ecletic Albert Road and Southsea and for cocktails head back to Gunwharf. I loved it!
