Dorset is perhaps one of the loveliest and most beautiful places I have ever been. West Bay crab, cracked with a nutcracker and hammer whilst wearing a bib, Lyme Bay winery Elderflower wine that is so sweet it can't help but make you smile, and the most amazing Dorset Blue Vinney Cheese made into blue soup! The coastline is like something you would imagine in NZ, and the quintessential English cottages are so traditional and truly the epitome of 'English Country Life'.
