Why I enjoyed every minute:

Brighton is fabulous. Especially for those who live more inland (like me, in Guildford), there's something very therapeutic about seeing the vast ocean. Its enormity, the crashing waves, the sea breeze destroying my hair – this all serves to relax me and take my mind off day-to-day stresses (although the ruined hair does distress me once I have returned home). I went to Brighton for the first time last month and loved it, especially eating the most gorgeous fish and chips I've ever tasted!
