Why I enjoyed every minute:

What could be better than introducing my son to his Geordie roots?! Building sandcastles on the beach with the beautiful Bamburgh castle for inspiration, stunning coastal scenary, fish and chips at Seahouses, the amazing family friendly Alnwick Gardens, lovely people everywhere and of course the traditional picnic of ham and pease pudding stotties to fuel the fun!
